Guided Personal Practice …

I am just a guide but not God. You, however, have access to the God frequency you behold and I am committed to guiding you in that direction, the direction to your power, through holistic strength training. My intention is to share tools that put you in ‘right relationship’ with your body which always makes a rippling impact. The purpose of this guided practice is that you can also do it on your own. Your practice 100% belongs to you.

EbonyWholism is an integrative, dynamic, holistic approach to strength training, as a guided personal practice.

  • DYNAMIC

(characterized by constant change, activity, or progress)

With such an abundant tool box; no workout is ever the same. The emphasis on guided personal practice grants the space to acknowledge where your body is in the moment and have a practice catered to meeting your body where it is and ascending from there. A practice can be resistance focus and pilates inspired or interval lower body training with dumbbells. A practice can be more yoga centered with a strength interval. It can be a HIIT day with calisthenics inspired intervals.

  • INTEGRATIVE

(serving or intending to unify separate things)

Accredited background includes a bachelor of fine arts in dance performance and choreography as well as a full professional dance career. NASM certified personal trainer. NYC Celebrity and Group Fitness trainer. CorePower Yoga 200hr YTT and YogaRenew 300hr YTT certifications. Reiki Master, trained doula, and tarot reader. Arts & Survival Fellow for cultural and community organizing as a solo performer. This tool box and professional background, there are no crumbs leftover in this holistic practice. One example is honoring the cycles of the moon with a monthly Full Moon practice that uses yoga, breathwork, meditation and tarot.

  • HOLISTIC

(characterized by the belief that the parts of something are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole. characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness)

How we look and how we feel, must align. We work from the inside out to center a holistic approach to what we consider wellness. Holistic health is a lifestyle, an everyday commitment, an all day integration.

Following the dynamic nature of the practice is the ritual, which stays the same. It is a safe space for landing. It is the cool down that is yoga inspired, ending every time in meditation and gratitude and closing with my seasonal intention offering. This season it is “My body is the incubator of my reality. Powerful Protector of Possibilities.

Let’s work together.
